Answer:

I would pick jogging because jogging keeps your blood flowing and is an outlet to deal with too much energy as with doing a plank it takes concentration and time which would not work for me because I am a very hyper active person who always has to be moving, therefore I would do jogging for a longer amount of time because I show interest in it.
