The probability to get heads on all three quarters is 1/8.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given data :

 • Leslie has three quarters.
 • Each quarters have 2 sides namely the Head and the Tail.

It can be determined that :

The total number of possible outcomes you can get from the three quarters with two sides = 2³ ⇒ 2×2×2 ⇒ 8 total outcomes.

If she drops all three of the quarters in the same time, there will be a total of 8 different outcomes.

These 8 outcomes include (T,T,T), (H,T,T), (H,H,T), (T,H,H), (T,T,H), (T,H,T), (H,H,T), (H,H,H).

From the above shown different possible outcomes, you need to find the probability that all three quarters will land on Heads.

Probability(3 heads)= No. of outcomes with 3 heads / Total no.of outcomes

We know that,

 • The no.of outcomes with 3 heads is only 1.
 • The total no.of outcomes is 8.

⇒ P( 3 heads ) = 1/8

The probability to get heads on all three quarters is 1/8.

First attatchment:

1. Given

2. Definition of a parrallelogram

3. Transitive

4. Parts of line FE and AB

5. Opposite sides of a parallelogram are parallel.

You want to switch those last two because you're using what you want to prove to prove something before you've proved it, which is fallacious.

SECOND ATTATCHMENT:

In a parallelogram, opposite angles are equal and same side interior angles add up to 180.We have 2x+60+x+30=180 which means 3x+90=180 so x=30.Since x is 30 then angle to is 60 which means that angle A is 60, not 30.

THIRD ATTATCHMENT:

This is just the triangle midpoint theorem. SM is parallel to RU not VS.

FOURTH ATTATCHMENT:

Angle X and angle F are corresponding angles, so they are actually equal. You want Angle G and Angle F becuase they are same side interior angles.

FIFTH ATTATCHMENT:

this is correct

Alenkinab [10]

Significant figures are the digits that carry meaning to its measurement. Significant figures includes all the numbers excluding all the leading zeros, trailing zeros. All non zero digits are significant. Zeros between the non zero digits are significant. In a decimal number, trailing zeros are significant.

Now, consider the given number 0.23350

Since, in a decimal number all the trailing zeros are significant.

So, in the number 0.23350 there are five significant figures 2,3,4,5 and 0.
