meditation can solve many conflicts in life such as overwhelming anger, miscommunication, chaos, anxiety

if ur feeling angry, meditation can help u keep control over ur actions words and feelings rather than letting anger control them. stopping and thinking through meditation gives u the time to really say what u mean, and not let anger speak words for u.

if the frustration of miscommunication with other people takes a toll, stop and mediate. take the time to clear ur mind and think about what point ur ACTUALLY trying to get across to this person, think about HOW u can properly and respectfully get this point across without bringing negativity.

when feeling anxious, the deep breathing in meditation will really help you to ease this feeling <3
