After reading the labels, I think we don't need soda,candy and ice cream because it can affect your health.Breakfast cereal,Canned and frozen fruit are the most nutrient food.Cereal will provide you some source of sugar and energy in the morning, canned and frozen fruit will provide you the most nutrient during the day and evening.Ice cream,candy bar and soda are the least nutritious food because they have excessive amout of sugar and it's not good for your health to consume alot of sugar in a day.
