When I talk about a healthy economy, my point of view relies on how fair is that economy to every member of the different stages which compose it, at the same time it contributes to a common wealth of the whole country. If every member of a labor society receives a fair treatment, it will boost their productivity and encourage them to improve and keep climbing through the social scale.
Another important fact is to be sure that the people in charge of running a country provides us with a transparent system, where we the citizens can in some ways control the decisions choosen or at least, discuss them in order to try to find a different path. Avoiding corruption and higher class privileges upon the lower stages of society is a key factor to become a healthy economy.

In addition, the paidagogos had the power to discipline the child if he misbehaved. Finally, the paidagogos also needed to be proficient in the educational field to evaluate the boy after doing his homework or to provide assistance.
