The changes I could make in my life to move towards the end of wellness would be to exercise more, seek a better diet, reduce my carbon footprint on earth, and love others more.

Lifestyle

Lifestyle change is something that always happens to us, sometimes unintentionally and sometimes when we feel it is necessary. So we need to be prepared for any of them, regardless of what they are.

The human being is always in constant transformation, and what was good yesterday may not be good today. Even so, dissatisfied in some aspect of life, many still put off change, either out of fear or accommodation.

The so-called comfort zone may not bring greater damage in the present, but, in the long run, it can be harmful. An example of this is postponing health care, putting it at risk.

With this information, we can come to the conclusion that it is a good choice to seek a healthier lifestyle, having health in body and mind.
