I would say “everyone has a chance to die from a heart attack, even the people who are very healthy. If your heart condition is bad though, you have a better chance of getting a heart attack.”
Well, i would say i'm more healthier so my body would have a very low chance of a heart attack, because my organs are running better & cleaner, but people that are not as healthy & there heart is at higher risk of heart attacks, through genetics or recent habit.
Your heart rate will go down, causing you to cool down before you are done exercising. This is good because then you won’t have a high heart rate for a long time.
