Answer:

Not a skin condition. Gi’ve your face a good cleaning, use facial soap and facial wipes if you have them. If this issue is a big deal for you i’d recommend not wearing things such as makeup or fake tattoos on your face as it could make it irritated. I’d also recommend seeing a dermatologist for a prescription for acne medication

The capturing of data about a patient begins at what point?
Ivanshal [37]
when the patient calls for an appointment or arrives at the hospital care.
When you call for an appointment, usually the hospital's staff already ask you for a couple of your basic info such as your full name, symptoms, etc. The moment you arrive at the hospital, they usually ask you to fill up another form consist of medical history, insurance, etc.

headaches are often a sign of ___. a.) oxidation b.) vitamin C depletion c.) dehydration d.) CHO depletion
Alex
Headaches are often a sign of dehydration. When somebody stays out in the sun too long and starts getting dehydrated their head will start pounding because their is not enough water to keep you from thinking about being cooled down. So the answer would be  dehydration.
Hope this helps!

A vaccine for polio will do which of the following
Yuki888 [10]

Vaccine fr Polio prevents  "Poliomyelitis"

Explanation:

Polio vaccines are vaccines used to prevent poliomyelitis (polio).

Poliomyelitis is a highly communicable disease — it gets transmitted quickly from one person to another. Most people who get polio don’t have any severe problems. But in some cases, polio can be very serious and commence to permanent disabilities — and even mortality.

Two types are applied

  • An inactivated poliovirus is provided by vaccination (IPV) and a weakened poliovirus provided by mouth (OPV). Oral polio vaccines produce three characters of vaccine-related paralytic poliomyelitis per million shots dispensed.
  • IVP generates antibodies in the blood to all three types of poliovirus. In the case of infection, these antibodies inhibit the expanse of the virus to the CNS and defend against paralysis.
