Social media can impact by when a person does not feel comfortable because of today beauty standard and they want to to fit the beauty standards to make them feel better about themselfves. Body shaming as been around for years, it can greatly impact a person because they feel a shamed how their body type is so they take the wrong pathway to start to develop eating disorders.
