This was chosen in a vote of 6-1, on the grounds that before the choice could be declared, Justice Felix Frankfurter endured a cerebral stroke that constrained him to resign, and Justice Byron White took no part for the situation. The case constrained the school areas to suspend sorted out required supplication.
