Answer:

Key practices that help develop holistic care and make a huge impact on health are changing lifestyle, eating a clean diet, reducing unnecessary toxicity, meditation, and staying connected to things or people that provide both harmony and happiness.

For physical well-being, regular exercise, good sleeping hours of 6-8 hours, limiting packaged and processed food which is highly inflammatory and increases the risk of diseases. When it comes to emotional practicing, stress reduction and mindfulness habits help manage daily stress better. Go for therapy whenever needed. Spending time with family and friends on a virtual platform keep people connected; still, physical meet-ups provide more happiness. Set boundaries for people to avoid stress or toxicity. Spiritual wellness doesn't mean that person should have to be more religious, and it is about connecting with your inner soul. Spending time in nature, practicing faith, and spreading positivity is spiritual well-being. The last aspect of holistic well-being is mental health, daily mood, and emotions. Keeping the mind active, consuming highly nutritious food, and avoiding smoking and drinking help attain mental health.
