William Hartsfield was the 49th and 51st mayor of Atlanta, Georgia. He served six terms, longer than any other person in the city's history. He is credited with developing Atlanta into an aviation powerhouse and with building its image as "A City Too Busy to Hate".

The boll weevil, introduced to the state in 1915, greatly reduced state cotton yields. Georgia's cotton acreage declined from 5.2 million acres in 1914 to 2.6 million in 1923. Though I'm sure you know this one, Pearl Harbor was a surprise aerial attack on the U.S. naval base at Pearl Harbor on Oahu Island, Hawaii, by the Japanese that precipitated the entry of the United States into World War II.

In conclusion, I'ma take a wild guess and say that the boll weevil and the bombing of pearl harbor seem like the most likely answers.

Defining hysteria and examining how it relates to the crucible example
kramer
The Crucible investigates how mass insanity can obliterate a group. Delirium is most plainly found in the villagers' silly acknowledgment of the young ladies' created cases of witchcraft. One particular case of insanity happens in Act III when the young ladies, drove by Abigail, blame Mary Warren for witchcraft to keep her from affirming against them. In spite of the fact that different individuals (counting Mary) have asserted that the witchcraft allegations are false, the court declines to be influenced.

Where was the World 's first known democracy located
Pani-rosa [81]
The title of oldest continuously functioning democracy is more hotly contested. Iceland, the Faroe Islands and the Isle of Man all have local parliaments founded in the ninth and 10th centuries, when Vikings pillaged, plundered and set up legislative bodies on the sea-islands of far northern Europe. Iceland’s national parliament, the Althing, dates back to A.D. 930, but it spent centuries under Norwegian and Danish rule. Man and the Faroes, meanwhile, remain dependencies of the United Kingdom and Denmark, respectively. ( i think so)
