Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

Look i'll be honest with you, this is no lie

Push ups will same thing with squats,i've been doing push ups since I was 8 after a month or 2 I would add 5 or 10 I do a day right not I am doing 30 a day.

Push ups squats are both muscular strength.

Push Ups work on your upper body strength, mainly on your pectoral muscles and they do get you stronger.

Squats and running could let you loose weight because they both burn off calories and if you want you can get some weights to that to but i'm pretty good and I don't lift weight because there more than that

You can make your own exercising routine and do that look this isn't a lie my uncle lift the 6th best in the world for his age he also if in wrestling and is in states so  any of these things would work good with strength and loosing weight

When purchasing personal equipment, it’s best to choose something based on comfort.

When purchasing ANYTHING, you shouldn’t worry about what other people are wearing and endorsing. Even though you might want to follow a trend, it’s important not to buy something just because other people have it.
