so, eventually the number of advanced tickets will be. x-30

the total cost=2630.

(x-30)3+5x=2630

3x-90+5x=2630

8x-90=2630

8x=2630+90

8x/8=2720/8

x=340

x-30

340-30

310.

total tickets sold=310+340=650

Therefore, the total tickets bought was 650, 310 was advanced and 340 was door tickets
