first we have to find the slope Y2-Y1/ X2- X1

7-(-1)=8

5-(-4)=9        slope= 8/9

Poin slope form ------- Y-Y =M(X-X)

Y+7= 8/9 (X+5)  or

Y-1= 8/9 (X-4)
