Answer: 19 Chromosomes in each sperm cell

Explanation:

You'd start off with 38 chromosomes from a Gamete, then it'd enter the phases of Meiosis, which during it's cell division; It splits it's chromosomes so each sperm (Or egg cell if it was a female, but not important to this question) would have 19 chromosomes. (An egg has 19, the sperm has 19)
