The right matches are:

1) is categorized as Endurance

2) is categorized as Strength

3) is categorized as Strength

4) is categorized as Endurance

5) is categorized as Endurance.

Strength athletes spend a large majority of their time moving heavy weights, with very short series of 1 to 5 repetitions.

They also use audience exercises, with higher repetition series in the range of muscle hypertrophy.

On the other hand, they very rarely do very long series, which are of little use to them to develop a pure force.

On the other hand, the enduring atheletes exert a weaker force, with a high number of repetitions.

zhannawk [14.2K]
Hello there! :)

Well, if it’s nerve damaged, obviously an X-ray would be useless, as that would only be a way to examine the bone structure.
The best way to test his nerves is to check his reaction time by a few exercises and note whether his responses are late or lacking.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Growing up eating foods high in fat, sugar, and salt can increase the risk for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis as an adult.
