Answer:

The correct answer is option D.

Explanation:

Vitamin A is one of the vitamins that are essential for the body and play different roles in the body such as vision, reproduction, bone health, and others. Vitamin A has present in three active states which are retinol, retinoic acid and retinal.

Retinal helps in vision and deficiency can cause night blindness, Retinal helps different functions in the body such as bone remodeling, reproductive biology, and epithelial tissue homeostasis.

Thus, the correct answer is option D.

Anastasy [175]
I would tell her it is not to late to improve muscle heath. Although I would advise her make sure her joints are in good shape to perform this. If she has previously been working out there should be no problem. If she has not been physically active in a while I would advise her to get her joint strength strong before she starts weights. After this I would advise her to start with light weights and body weight exercises such as a simple push up.

i hope this helps!

Which contraceptive methods are classified as hormonal birth control
Feliz [49]
All of them except condoms. Everything you take orally gives you hormones such as progesterone and estrogen to fool your body into thinking you’re pregnant so you won’t produce an egg that month. Other methods such as the ring and patch do the same, just not through direct ingestion.
