City Hall was a pile of insane buildings, a big, creepy, downright ugly dust collector designed 80 years ago by the then mayor.

An enthusiastic man with erratic behavior, he was the only mayor to be kicked to death by a camel. This happened in Egypt. While wandering around Cairo, he met his first camel. This capricious and slightly insane man could hardly resist making fun of such a strange beast. The camel's reaction was cruelly disproportionate. From this man's crude and painstaking planning emerged the current Town Hall, considered by generations to be the most important eye-catcher in the community.
