Hatshy [7]2 years ago
6 0

price of one message = 1.35 ÷ 9

1.35 ÷ 9 = 0.15

0.15 • 118 = ( 3 ÷ 20 ) • 118

118 • 3 = 354

354 ÷ 20 = 177 ÷ 10 = $17.7 to send 118 messages

The sum of the angles in a triangle is 180, so the equation will be :
2k+k+45= 180
add similar variables
3k+45=180
3k=135 (divide each side by 3)
k= 45
So 2k equals= 90
k=25
This is right angle triangle for your info!

Which table of values will generate this graph? On a coordinate plane, points are at (negative 2, 0), (0, 1), (0, negative 4), a
zhuklara [117]

Answer:

Option D.

Step-by-step explanation:

The given points are (-2,0), (0,1), (0,-4) and (3,0).

In each ordered pair first element is x-coordinate and second is y-coordinate.

For 4 points, the table must have 2 columns and 4 rows.

So, the required table of values is

x         y

-2        0

0       -4

0        1

3        0

Therefore, the correct option is D.

Write the equation of the line in slope-intercept form.
Ymorist [56]

Answer:

y = 1/40x + 20

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope-intercept equation format:

y = mx + b

m = slope/ gradient/ constant of variation/ rate of change

b = y-intercept

To find the slope, use the formula:

\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

Find  two random points:

1 - (0.5, 40) , 2 - (1, 60)

Plug in:

\frac{60-40}{1-0.5}

Solve:

\frac{20}{0.5}

Divide:

\frac{1}{40}

The y-intercept is when the x-coordinate is equal to 0.

The y-intercept is always the beginning.

So observing the graph, the first point is (0, 20)

The x-coordinate is 0.

Y intercept = 20.

Plug in both slope and y-intercept:

y = 1/40x + 20
