Answer:
10%
Explanation:
The thermic effect of food is the calories burned for metabolizing the food eaten. Hence, thermic effect is estimated to be 10% of calories intake i.e. 10% of the calories taken within each meal are burned during the metabolism of food. the exact thermic effect of each meal may vary with the constituents of food taken as some food take more energy to metabolize while other take less energy to metabolize. For example, protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dairy, legumes and seeds uses high energy content for metabolism and thus have higher thermic effect.

A. Making indirect statements such as "I can't take it anymore"
This could possibly be a warning signs as they are hinting at their thoughts.
Don't take such things lightly, as many people don't show how they are feeling. It is a silent killer, if you pick up things like this, talk to the person and show them you are there for them.
B. Showing an unusual obsession with death.
This one is more noticeable as it isn't really in the norm to fantasize about death. Just talk to the person, they could be going through a lot.
But remember, you have to be patient as they might not straight up tell you.
D. Giving away personal belongings.
This could also be a sign as they don't really need any other attachments.
They give away all personal belongings because they dont feel they would need them.
So, the 3 i choose are A, B and D.
I don't think it would be C because someone wanting to have fun shows a more happy side rather than sad.
Remember, be patient if you are talking to someone about these sort of things.
Hope This Helps You!
Good Luck :)
