When the numerator and denominator is same the answer will be always 1

For example:

\ \dfrac{3}{3} }, Here the numerator(3) and denominator(3) is same and equals to 1.

Radical example:

\ \dfrac{\sqrt{4} }{\sqrt{4} } }, Here the numerator(√4) and denominator(√4) is same and equals to 1.

Algebra example:

\dfrac{pq^2}{q^2p} ,Here the numerator(pq²) and denominator(q²p) is same and equals to 1.

Bentley spun a spinner with 4 equal sections labeled 1–4. The spinner landed on 1 three times, on 2 four times, on 3 six times,
OverLord2011 [107]

Answer:

2

Step-by-step explanation:

Experimental probability : (Number of times event occur / total number of trials)

Total Number of trials = (3 + 4 + 6 + 3) = 16

Experimental probability :

For 1: P(1) :

3/16

For 2 : P(2) :

4/16 = 1/4

For 3: P(3)

6 /16 = 3/8

For 4 : P(4)

3 / 16

Theoretical probability :

The Theoretical probability of 1, 2, 3 and 4 are the same ;

Theoretical probability =

(Required outcome / Total possible outcomes)

For each of 1 - 4

Theoretical probability = 1 /4

Experimental probability of P(2) = 1/ 4 and is Hence, the same as the Theoretical probability

Triangle JKL and triangle PQR are similar. What is the measure is side PR?
Anvisha [2.4K]
Its 10 cm because 15/9 on one side is 1.6666666 or 5/3 that will have to be your scale factor from going from small to big. So 6 time 5/3 will get you 10.

In the election for presidency, Stan Fitz received 542 votes, Elizabeth Stuckey received 430 votes and Gene Sterner received 130
Snezhnost [94]

Answer:

The total number of eligible voters in the town = 1224 ( app.)

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume the total number of eligible voters  = p

Now, the number of votes received by Stan Fitz = 542

The number of votes received by Elizabeth Stuckey = 430

The number of votes received by Gene Sterner = 130

So, the total number of votes received in total = 542 + 430  + 130 = 1,102

Now, only the 90% of total voters p voted in the election.

⇒ 90% of  p = 1102

\implies  \frac{90}{100} \times  p = 1102\\ \implies   p = \frac{1102\times 100}{90}   = 1224

or, p ≈  1224

Hence, the total number of eligible voters in the town = 1224 ( app.)
