Answer:

Option B.The part of the Constitution showed in the question allows state laws to be declared unconstitutional.

Explanation:

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution is also known as the "Supremacy Clause". The Supremacy Clause is considered the most important guarantor of national union, by stating that the Constitution, federal laws and treaties made under its authority constitute the "supreme law of the country", and therefore state laws are bound by them. In summary, the Supreme Clause states officially that state laws can be declared unconstitutional if found to be in detriment with federal laws, treaties or the Constitution.

kiruha [24]
Although opportunity cost is definitely important, it is hard to put a "price" on the opportunity in many cases, which makes it unmeasurable. This is why economists focus almost exclusively on price.

Explain why gentrification might be an alternative to suburban sprawl
Allisa [31]

One of the things that gentrification represents is that there is an influx of newly wealthy people that exist as a result of a growing class divide.

So, the hope is that people will stay where they historically grew up and improve that area as opposed to moving out and spreading out.

Either way, the root issue is a growing class divide.
