<u>3) Honey, Agave Nectar and Maple Syrup:</u> Honey, agave nectar and maple syrup are not as processed as white table sugar, but they may have similar effects on blood sugar, insulin and inflammatory markers..

Reason: Amount of carbohydrate present in number of grams of each item varies from each other but fact is that these all items contain huge amount of carbohydrates in it.
