place, the variable that would best describe both Sariah and Zachary’s collective
frustration is Mental Challenge. Sariah’s current position offers too little
mental challenge while Zachary’s superior is imposing too much mental challenge

In prison systems, work release programs are done for the purpose that allows prisoner to leave confinement and to continue working at their current place of employment but would have to return to prison once the shift is done.
