One way teens can stay alcohol-free is by staying away from alcohol and not allowing themselves to be influenced by friends and others to try it. A second way is to be placed under heavy watch by the parents since it is their child and they must watch to make sure they grow up correctly. A third way which is already implied by the country is you must be a certain age to drink henceforth kids who arents over 21 can't drink or can't buy alcohol.
parents could pay more attention to their teens, the teens could have more self control, and parents could make it very clear that alcohol could kill teens and cause them to make poor choices which could be sever enough to rewin their life.
