P= 2(3W + 7) + 2(W) = 110.

                         P= 6W + 14 + 2W = 110.

                           = 8W + 14 = 110.

                           = 8W = 110 - 14 = 96

                                 W = 96/8 = 12- inches.

Now solve for (L) by L = 3W + 7 = 3(12) + 7 = 36 + 7 = 43- inches
