-3(x-5)=-3x+15
-8(y+2)+-8y-16
-3(6-4b)=-18+12b
add them together
-3x+15-8y-16-18+12b
associative property
15-16-18-3x-8y+12b

-19-3x-8y+12b is the answer which is D

-3x+15-8y-16-18+12b

Combine like terms:

-3x-8y+12b-19

Now, we have fully simplified this expression.  D is the correct answer.
