Answer:

A number and its unit.

Explanation:

Measurement may be defined as the assignment of the any number with the characteristics of any event or objects. The nominal properties of object are not included in the measurement.

The measurement must include a number and the measurable unit. For example : 5 m consists of both the number 5 and the measurable unit present in meters.

Thus, the answer is a number and its unit.

All measurements must have a value and a unit. For example 3 (value) cm (unit). Measurement assigns a numerical value and unit to the characteristics of an object/event, for comparison with other objects or events.

Well, for the atoms, one mole of anything has Avagadros number of atoms. For grams, look at the periodic table and the atomic mass is the molar mass. For the gaseous liters (O2 ,H2,and the bottom one which is STP), any mole of a gas at STP has a volume of 22.4 liters. The top one with the capital M is molarity and the equation for molarity is M=moles of thing/volume in liters. So you have the molarity which is two and the number of moles which is one. solve dor volume. So there you go.

First, how many valence electrons does hydroxide ion have? If it has something like 6 it would need 2 to get the max total of 8. Or perhaps it's 7. Then only one is needed. But if the number is 8 then 0 is required
