Fill the bowl half-way with water and float the “compass” on the surface of the water.
Place the whole “compass” on a flat surface and watch the needle as it tries to align itself with the magnetic fields.
Now go test out your new compass and see if you can orient yourself on a map!

Explain how resistance affects current in a circuit.
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]
Ohm's law defines the relationship between the voltage, current, and resistance in an electric circuit: i = v/r. The current is directly proportional to the voltage and inversely proportional to the resistance.

If the pressure, volume, and temperature of a gas are known, which can most lik
morpeh [17]

Answer:

The molar amount of the gas.

Explanation:

If the pressure, volume, and temperature of a gas are known than molar amount can be determine.

Formula:

PV = nRT

P = pressure

V = volume

R = general gas constant

T = temperature

n = number of moles

Example:

V = 2 L, P = 1 atm , T = 273 K , R = 0.0821 atm. L/mol.K

n = PV/RT

n = 1 atm. 2 L / 0.0821 atm. L/mol.K . 273 K

n = 2 / 22.413 /mol

n = 0.09 mol
