Answer: Answer: 1: If this is something that you like, then it gives you a reason to strive more at school so you can keep doing it.
(Take these with a grain of salt as I don't know exactly what your doing)
2: Mixed Martial arts. This gave me self confidence and more Confidence
3 This prevents ankle injuries, keeps you up on your feet and the ability to know where you are in space
4 I can improve in basketball if i'm also a soccer player. This can give me more hustle and endurance/stamina for the next game.
5 (don't know what lesson 2.07 is)
6 Hiking. I don't do this like on a professional level but you need running shoes and the clothes needed for the weather hiking with. The one and only procedure i'd say is no running.
