This is about advantages of cloud system over on-premise system.

<u><em>The client benefitted from it because the running and maintenance costs are lesser and secondly it is a more efficient system as far more resources can be used at any given time.</em></u>

There are different benefits the client will get from using an enterprise platform which is cloud based.

  1. Lower running and maintenance Costs; The costs for running and maintaining cloud systems is way lower than that of on-premise systems. This is because when one is setting up an on-premise system, he will need;

        - in-house server hardware

         - software licenses

         - integration capabilities

          - IT employees that would be fully on ground to manage any potential issues that may arise.

In additional to the cost for all of that, there would still be provision of maintenance costs in case something needs to be fixed.

          2. Better Efficiency; For a cloud system, resources are hosted on the assumptions of the service provider. However, it means that enterprises will be able to access those hosted resources and make use of as much as they desire anytime.

         In contrast, for on-premise system, resources within the  enterprise’s IT infrastructure are deployed in-house. This means that the enterprise is going to be maintaining the resources and all the processes related to it.

Answer:

we need PLC(Programmable Logic Units) attached to the sensors  and those sensors will take the signals/values  and transfer them to the cloud .In cloud we store that information and send that information to the web application where user is able to view

Explanation:

it looks like a SCADA system. we can integrate PLC with SCADA

or

for developing PLC we can use c or c++.it contain logic to transfer data to cloud

for cloud storage we can use Microsoft azure which is useful for data storage in sql servers

for web application we can use ASP.Net to interact with cloud and get data from there and display the results to the user on UI

The geographic coordinate system is used to represent any location on Earth as a combination of latitude and longitude values. T
Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer:

Here is the script:

function dd = functionDMS(dd)

prompt= 'Enter angle in DD form ';

dd = input(prompt)

while (~checknum(dd))

if ~checknum(dd)

error('Enter valid input ');

end

dd = input(prompt)

end

degrees = int(dd)

minutes = int(dd - degrees)

seconds = ( dd - degrees - minutes / 60 ) * 3600

print degrees

print minutes

print seconds

print dd

Explanation:

The script prompts the user to enter an angle in decimal degree (DD) form. Next it stores that input in dd. The while loop condition checks that input is in valid form. If the input is not valid then it displays the message: Enter valid input. If the input is valid then the program converts the input dd into degrees, minutes and seconds form. In order to compute degrees the whole number part of input value dd is used. In order to compute the minutes, the value of degrees is subtracted from value of dd. The other way is to multiply remaining decimal by 60 and then use whole number part of the answer as minutes. In order to compute seconds subtract dd , degrees and minutes values and divide the answer by 60 and multiply the entire result with 3600. At the end the values of degrees minutes and seconds are printed. In MATLAB there is also a function used to convert decimal degrees to degrees minutes and seconds representation. This function is degrees2dms.

Another method to convert dd into dms is:

data = "Enter value of dd"

dd = input(data)

degrees = fix(dd);

minutes = dd - degrees;

seconds = (dd-degrees-minutes/60) *3600;

Answer:

Explanation:

Given

if(fish > 400) {

Required

What is the condition checking?

The above statement is an if conditional statement. Analysing the statement in bits:

if -> This represents the beginning of the conditional statement

fish -.> The variable that is being checked

> 400 -> The condition which the variable is being measured by.

So, the statement above is checking if the value of variable fish is greater than 400.

<em>If the condition is true, the instructions associated to that if statement will be executed.</em>
