You want to start by subtracting 5 from both sides to get 2/3x=-8/3 then cross multiply to get whole numbers which is 6=-24x then your gonna want to isolate the variable so divide both sides by -24 to get 6/-24=x then you can simplify to x=-1/4

kompoz [17]

Answer:

Q = \frac{\pi}{4}\cdot D^{2}\cdot v (1)

Q = \frac{\pi}{4}\cdot (2.5\,cm)^{2}\cdot \left(20\,\frac{cm}{s} \right)

Q \approx 98.175\,\frac{cm^{3}}{s}

What is the area of this figure? :)
aliya0001 [1]
There are 4 semicircles, each radius is 8cm, so we get the total areas of these semicircles: 4×0.5×8^{2}π
and the square area: 16²
so the total area of figure: 16²+4×0.5×8^{2}π=256+128π
