The trick to this question is deciding what the <= means. 
It means to the right of ht line.
But it also means to the right and below the parabola. 
So the blue area, the purple area and the white area are all incorrect. You must be in the pink area.

(4,2) is the only point that's that.
If you are giving out brainlys which you should. Give it to the other responder. He got it right first.
