It is given that

Mass Percentage affected = ?

Mass is directly proportional to the volume

For calculating ratios of the  same compound the density can be neglected

the density of vinegar is 1.05 gm/cm³

mass for 5cm³= 5*1.05 = 5.25gm

mass for 4.75 cm³ = 4.9875 gm

for 100 gm solution

mass% expected = 5.25* 100/100 = 5.25%

mass % (actual) = 4.9875 / (100-0.2625) = 5%

Therefore the mass % will be affected by 0.25%.
