What Is the Proximity Principle?

The proximity principle in psychology explains how relationships develop between objects or people that are close to one another.

The proximity principle, one of the gestalt principles of perceptual organization in gestalt psychology, argues that individuals consider things that are adjacent to one another as a group. According to the proximity principle in social psychology, individuals who are physically near to one another are more likely to develop romantic relationships than those who are further apart.

statuscvo [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Thomas Hunt Morgan concluded that the white eyed trait was not a simple Mendelian trait as he saw that it had a mutual connection to the existence of an X chromosome within the individual. This is because only F2 males had white eyes, and seeing as how the white-eyed trait was recessive then he was able to make this connection with the X chromosome.
