I would most definitely lead by example as far as that goes.. it’s ok to move in different ways and circles and still be able to help and coexist as well.. I’m humble myself but far from a cupcake sweetheart lol but my current situation enlightened me on the ones that I can rely on and exchange my all to.. don’t me I don’t love or respect em..I’m just saying that I move different and think differently than a lot of people.. I say be able to be yourself and keep your mind open and instead of judgment especially when it’s not good or important to do so u should talk to that person but regardless remember to stay humble and and forgive and help when you can
