The time for which the baseball remains in the air will be 9.37 sec. Option C is correct.

<h3>What is the maximum height achieved in projectile motion?</h3>

It is the height achieved by the body when a body is thrown at the same angle and the body is attaining the projectile motion.

From Newton's first equation of motion;

\rm v_y= u_y+gt \\\\ 0 = usin \theta - gt \\\\ t = \frac{u sin\theta }{g}\\\\t = 4.68 \ sec

The time the baseball remains in the air will be twice the time he travels for one side motion;

T' = 2t

T'=2 × 4.68 sec

T'= 9.37 sec

Hence for 9.37 sec, the baseball willl remains in the air. Option C is correct.

11. You want to calculate the displacement of an object thrown over a bridge. Using -10 m/s2 for acceleration due to gravity, wh
IrinaVladis [17]

Answer:

The displacement was 320 meters.

Explanation:

Assuming projectile motion and zero initial speed (i.e., the object was dropped, not thrown down), you can calculate the displacement using the kinematic equation:

d = \frac{1}{2}gt^2=\frac{1}{2}10\frac{m}{s^2}\cdot 8^2 s^2=320 m

The displacement was 320 meters.

Is being social media famous worth real-life relationships?
Maru [420]

Answer:

No

Explanation:

Social media fame isnt worth it, because youre not really able to connect with people. Real life relationships with friends, family, and everything else is way more important. having people notice you or be attracted to you through the internet is nothing compared to real life social interactions. Dont leave people just to be online, youre going to regret it.

What is true for ALL of the examples of electromagnetic waves? A) They all move at the same speed in a vacuum. B) They all have
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

<em>A statement that is true for ALL of the examples of electromagnetic waves is that;</em>

A) They all move at the same speed in a vacuum

<u>The reason for qualifying 'in vacuum' is because EM waves of different frequencies often propagate at different speeds through material. Generally speaking, we say that light travels in waves, and all electromagnetic radiation travels at the same speed which is about 3.0 * 108 meters per second through a vacuum.</u>
