The cost of the Baseball is $5.

Lets take football cost as "x"

And taking baseball cost as "y"

According to given conditions,

2y + 3x = 67

x= 3y + 4

Lets put the values of x in equation (1):

2y + 3 (3y+4) = 67

=> 2y + 9y + 12 = 67

=> 11y = 55

y = 5

x = 3(5) + 4

x = 19

Hence the cost of the Baseball is $5.

Genuinely confused, how would you solve this? (will mark for brainliest!!)
Yanka [14]

Answer:

Length of the bold sector: 40.3ft

Area of the bold sector: 282.08

Step-by-step explanation:

Finding the sector length: Assuming that pi=3.14, the diameter is 87.92 ft. The ratio of the bold section to the whole circumference is 165 to 360. So you need to multiply the circumference by the ratio. (87.92 x 165)/360=40.3

Finding the sector area: Assuming that pi=3.14, the area of the circle is 615.44 sq. ft. The ratio of the sector area to the area of the whole circle is 165:360. (615.44 x 165)/360=282.08, rounded to the nearest 100th.

__,__, 8.16,32,64 what is the arithmetic sequence?
seraphim [82]

Answer:

2,4,8,16,32,64

Step-by-step explanation:

There are a couple of ways one could approach this. The goal is to find out the factor by which the numbers are increasing. Looking at going from 8 -> 16, we have either added 8, or doubled 8. So the factor is either +8 or x2. Going from 16 -> 32, adding 8 no longer holds true, while multiplying by 2 (doubling 16) does. To confirm what we have found, we can further check our math by using the final two numbers, 32 -> 64, to confirm that the sequence pattern is to double the current number to achieve the next number.

Working backwards, we can half each number to find out the first two numbers in the sequence. 64/2 = 32, 32/2 = 16, 16/2 = 8, 8/2 = 4, 4/2 = 2

Pls find the area to the second power.
Tom [10]
First of all gall, the end is NOT an exponent, its the unit of measurement for finding the area (thats square units)

Heres the answer:
31.5 square units.
Explanation:
The formula for the area of a triangle is bh/2
The formula for the area of a triangle is bh
