Due to insecure attachments people become anxious, fearful and avoidant.

In case of children it is known as ambivert, avoidant and disorganized.

There are three types of insecure attachment:

  • Anxious attachment:  People tend to become anxious and insecure in relationships.
  • Avoidant attachment: People show dismissive behavior , and avoid emotional closeness.
  • Fearful avoidant-attachment:  People show unpredictable and volatile behaviors.
