Because there is need of oversight, so the mistakes can be found if left uncovered

A moderator is a person who reviews the subject, whether it be assessments, articles, blogs or any other matter.

Being a moderator is a job of responsibility as the review is done there are high chances that some errors or mistakes can be uncovered, these mistakes and errors may be effecting the whole subject and in some cases can be turn out be extremely negative.

The three reasons for review are as follows:

Subject departmental head would be expert in the subject and is fit to provide the review for the relevant subject.
