A partial reinforcement schedule that reinforces behavior after a set period of time elapses is a fixed interval schedule

In fixed-interval schedules, the initial response is rewarded only after a predetermined period of time has passed. High response rates are produced by this schedule near the end of the interval, but slower responses are produced right after the reinforcer is given. for instance, after a 30-second break, in a lab setting, rewarding a rat with a lab pellet for the first bar press.

The frequency or pace at which reinforcement is given for a response is referred to as a schedule. Given that an interval is a period of time, it follows that the pace of delivery is influenced by how much time has passed. Last but not least, fixed implies that the timing of delivery is established at a foreseeable and constant schedule.

Describe how interactions help the following living things survive: dandelion, hawk, honeybee
Bess [88]
Interactions help these living things survive in the following ways: A bee pollinates a dandelion, which helps dandelions to survive because it means this pollen is passed to other plants, allowing them to spread further. Pollination helps bees because it allows them to make honey which they need to survive. Hawks then need to eat insects such as bees to survive, so this pollination is also in their best interest as it aids a healthy bee population.

Studies conducted to test individual differences in stress reactivity, such as the one conducted by S. Cohen and colleagues in 2
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

Psychobiological reactivity to stress.

Explanation:

As the exercise details, what . Cohen and colleagues suggested was that psychobiological reactivity to stress is an important factor that influences the stress-illness relationship. We, as individuals, respond differently when exposed to the same stressor. Such differences can be observed in all four major stress response domains, namely, physiology, behavior, subjective experience, and cognitive function. So, to try this, S. Cohen must have tested different individuals with the same stressor to see how they responded, hence proving that the psychobiological reactivity to stress is an important factor.
