Smoothies are beverage made by specific ingredients in blender . Its a liquid base for examples- fruit juice or yogurt. It is quick, nutritious and delicious.

Perfect food for instant energy as well as for busy people. Smoothies are full of fruits and good vitamins or nutrition. Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables, helps in mange food craving. They are packed with nutrients which is required for the body also control weight and gives nutrition.

Smoothies also contain lots of calories and it tempting to overindulge. It don not provide lots of fiber but can be pulverized to some extent during the process of blending. Do not satisfy us for as long as whole foods do.
