Answer:

Extra earning of garage = $140 per day

Step-by-step explanation:

A parking garage has spaces for 70 cars and charges each driver $6 per day for parking.

By this charge parking garage earns 70×6 = $420 per day.

If the garage is full and garage owner charges $8 per day then total earning will be = 8×70 = $560

Therefore, extra earning of garage owner will be = $560 - $420 = $140 per day.

When the garage owner charges $6 per parking space he will make $420 because 70×6=420. When the garage owner charges $8 per parking space he will make $560 because 70×8=560. Hope this helps!

Can someone help me with this please

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The wording on this is not the best.  It sounds like the 1 zero has even multiplicity (that's because of where the modifier is). On top of that it has an odd power.  You could try this. y =x*(x^2+1)^2

The problem is not with the power. It gives x^5. The problem is with the multiplicity of the one place where it crosses. (X^2 + 1) does factor, but it gives a complex root. I'm not sure that's allowed. However, it is the best I can do.

The product of a number, x, and 3 is six more than the product of the number and 2.
Pavel [41]

Answer:

  • 3x = 6 + 2x

Step-by-step explanation:

The word "product" defines multiplication between two numbers. Those numbers are x and 3. The word "is" defines the "equal sign". The word "more" defines addition. Now, using these definitions, let's create an equation.

  • => (3 × x) = 6 + (2 × x)
  • => 3x = 6 + 2x

Hence, Option C is correct.
