Content validity evaluates whether the test is representative of all aspects of the component. For valid results, a trial, survey, or measurement content should cover all relevant parts of the measured topic.

Joint validity is the extent to which a measure can or should be able to distinguish between groups. Two or more different measurements of the same structure are related.
