Cardiovascular system, respiratory system, circulatory system and muscular systems are the body systems which are primarily affected during vigorous exercise.

During rigorous exercises, a number of body systems get affected. The cardiovascular system is affected as the heart starts working at its maximum level and the blood is pumped faster using circulatory system.

This in turn affects the muscular system and the muscles of the body would work hard and eventually become fatigued. The respiratory system gets affected as we also get out of breath. This overwork by our body systems can leave us feeling dizzy as well as fatigued.
