Since body changes so much during puberty, it's normal to feel uncomfortable about them and become overly self-conscious of how you look. As a result, you can become easily annoyed, snap at people, or experience depression.

What is puberty?

  • A child's body develops into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction during the process of puberty.
  • It begins with hormonal signals sent from the brain to the gonads in the case of a boy, the testes; in the case of a girl, the ovaries.
  • When a boy or girl reaches puberty, they reach sexual maturity.
  • The scrotum and testicles enlarge as the first signs of puberty.
  • At this stage, the panic does not grow.
  • The panic expands together with the testes and scrotum.
  • The first pubic hair growth only covers a small area around the genitals and results in long, silky hair.
  • Their areolas grow, and their breasts start to bud.
  • Little pubic hair is visible.
  • Increases in height.
  • The panic does not expand at this time.
