Since body changes so much during puberty, it's normal to feel uncomfortable about them and become overly self-conscious of how you look. As a result, you can become easily annoyed, snap at people, or experience depression.
What is puberty?
A child's body develops into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction during the process of puberty.
It begins with hormonal signals sent from the brain to the gonads in the case of a boy, the testes; in the case of a girl, the ovaries.
When a boy or girl reaches puberty, they reach sexual maturity.
The scrotum and testicles enlarge as the first signs of puberty.
At this stage, the panic does not grow.
The panic expands together with the testes and scrotum.
The first pubic hair growth only covers a small area around the genitals and results in long, silky hair.
Their areolas grow, and their breasts start to bud.
