The Edict of Milan was issued during the reign of Constantine the Great. It marked a turning point for Christians living in the Roman Empire. Consider what you know about the Edict of Milan and its impact on people living in Roman territories. Why do you think Constantine signed this edict? Look up the US Constitution. The impact that this edict would have on the people at the time is that it would give them the right to the freedom of worship or religion at the time.

The reason why the edict was signed

The edict was signed by Constantine to show the people living there that the government of the day was tolerant and they were indifferent about the religions that people chose to have in the area.

The way that this can be compared to the United States constitution is that the constitution establishes that the people have a right to their own religion and that the government has no right to enforce or make laws that would enforce or prohibit religion in the nation.

Ipatiy [6.2K]

Five points come into the mind related to the fundraiser.

Opportunity cost:

In many cases, it has been driven by a third party. As part of the organization, they directly allow their donors and volunteers to participate.

Diluting the message:

The donors get sophisticated so that is your responsibility to replace their gifts with their participation in third party fundraiser events.

Before agree with the third party, considers with the fundraiser.

Stewardship is not possible most of the time:

It raises a lot of money with benefits and hard to ignore.
