Factors affect a person's metabolic rate MOST are basal metabolism, physical activity, thermic effect of food

It should be analysed at a regular interval of time. The heat produced or the energy that is spent can be estimated from this.

There are three main factors that must be known to identify the modification of fat tissues. the basal metabolic rate that helps to know the total energy consumed, physical activity and the thermic effect of food.
