labwork [276]

The answer is response inhibition or also known as inhibitory control. This is a trademark of control. It is a mental process that allows an individual to constrain their impulses and natural, habitual, or dominant behavioral reactions to stimuli. In other terms, this concept refers to the suppression of no longer needed or inapt actions which supports flexible and goal-directed behavior in ever-changing environments.

Kipish [7]

In a standard fear-conditioning experiment, the subject is presented with an auditory conditional stimulus.

What is fear conditioning test?

The contextual and cued fear conditioning test is one of the most widely used paradigms to assess learning and memory.

This test is a form of Pavlovian conditioning in which an association is made between a context and/or a conditioned stimulus (auditory cue) and an aversive stimulus (electric footshock).

What is an example of fear conditioning?

Fear Conditioning Examples

In typical fear conditioning studies, a rat or rodent is not presented with the aversive stimulus in the home cage.

The animal is then placed in a novel environment, provided aversive stimuli, e.g. mild electrical shock in the foot, and subsequently removed.

VMariaS [17]

Answer:

c. Modify existing legislation to allow exceptions

Explanation:

Congress is responsible for law making, the court interprets the law while the executive enforces the law. Congress can limit the impact of a court ruling by modifying existing laws regarding that issue and include exceptions.

Foe example, if the court rules that an individual must come to work on Saturday despite that day being the day for his/her religious meet as in the case of the Seventh-Day Adventist, the congress can review the laws on that issue and modify it to include exceptions.
